SUMthing to Catch Your Attention

First off, don't worry, I know how to spell, well usully. If you haven't caught on yet, the whole SUM thing is just a play on words. My name is Summer, like the season. Doritos Taco Salad

Looking for an easy dinner? Well you are in luck. Doritos taco salad is a quick dish to make, especially if you already have the beef ground up. Toss a few ingredients in a pretty bowl and you are done! Add more or less of an ingredient based on your preference. Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 packet taco seasoning 1 head of lettuce 1 medium tomato, chopped 1 can ranch style beans 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup catalina dressing 1 bag of Doritos All you need to do is ground up your beef. Mix in the taco seasoning. Toss together all of the ingredients (except the Doritos) in a large bowl. Serve with Doritos crushed in your personal bowl to avoid sogginess. It makes the perfect amount for my family of four, plus a lunch for myself the next day!
